Many people found themselves spending a lot of time alone at home this year. This was the perfect opportunity to get a dog for a lot of families. Dogs are often referred to as man's best friend and these people were thrilled when they adopted their new four-legged friends. These pictures of dogs the moment they were adopted, is super cute. On their faces, you can see the relief they experienced while being rescued. Let's take a look.
Just look at this cutie. He was only three months old when this girl adopted him. Abandoned at birth, he needed love and tender care. We are sure after spending a couple of weeks at the 'Livingston Parish Animal Shelter', he was very happy when he found his forever home. Sweet!
The love between this owner and her gorgeous dog was clearly meant to be. From the moment she brought him home, he was comfortable. He knew with her, he would get the love and attention he deserves. His owner was alone for a long time, but now they have each other. A happy ending indeed.
His owner chose him after he was left abandoned at only 11 weeks old. Unfortunately, the shelter was so full that they only had three days to find a new home for him, or he would be euthanized. Even though he was severely infected and needed a lot of medical attention, his new owner was up for the challenge.

Atari clearly hit the jackpot when this girl adopted him. Being looked over for months, due to his appearance, the people at the shelter didn't have much hope for his pending adoption. Seeing these abandoned dogs find their forever homes, warmed our hearts. It's so great how so many people opened up their homes to these fur-beauties.
